Attendance was literally sky high at CIBS’ spring cocktail party on the evening of March 22, and many attributed the rise to a healthy 2012 in the beauty industry. More than 400 CIBS members and guests filled the luxurious 230 Fifth Penthouse Lounge and climbed to the rooftop to gaze at the one-and-only Manhattan skyline.
